1. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is FREE on ALL Orders over £100 within the UK, orders under £100 will be subject to a standard delivery charge as that of a our courier supplier at the time.

Off-Shore – We can ship orders to anywhere within the EU, please Contact Us prior to ordering

We dispatch all orders within 24hours Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), if you would like a quicker turnaround time, please contact us directly Contact Us

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery:

We guarantee that all orders placed before 12:00pm Monday – Friday, will be delivered to you the very working day. We can arrange delivery for customers on weekends, providing you have contacted us 48 hours in advanced. Please visit the Contact Us page to send us a request.

If you miss your delivery time, a card will be left instructing you on how to arrange an alternative delivery or collection time, for your items’. Please respond to the card within 5 working days, failure to do so could result in the repayment of delivery for your items.

The Dispatch & Delivery Process:

Once your order has been processed we will provide you with a unique tracking number that will enable you to track the status of your item or items.

Delivery Guide – PLEASE READ:

    • It is your responsibility to provide us with all correct address details. Cream Charger World will not be held responsible for incorrect address details given by the you or the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure you address are correct
    • If you provide us with an incorrect address you will be charged an additional admin fee per consignment for re delivery
    • Someone (anyone) must be at the given address to sign for the delivery between 8-30am and 6-30pm (for standard Next Day service). A signature is required as proof of delivery
    • If you choose to have your goods ‘left safe’ you CANNOT CLAIM COMPENSATION – therefore we strongly advise you NOT to request them left safe


We accept no liability for a successfully completed delivery that you do not take possession of. We are delivering to an address NOT an individual. Therefore if you share an address with other people please be aware that they may take possession of your goods.

If you asked for the goods to be left safe and they are not there we or the courier accept no responsibility for the theft. If our courier logs a consignment as having been delivered and it is not there you must assume it has been stolen. In these cases we will provide you all the help we can, but it is up to you to contact and deal with the Police.

Other notes

Our couriers will not deliver to PO Boxes.
If your package is damaged do not accept delivery.
Please make sure we have a valid phone number so you can be contacted should there be any delivery problems.

Acts of God

‘Acts of God’ are not covered by this Guarantee – so for example extreme weather may cause a delay in your consignment which we can reasonably argue is circumstances beyond our or our couriers control.

2. Returns & Replacement

At Cream Charger World we aim to provide you with the very best service possible, occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

By law, customers in the European Union have the right to a seven working day “cooling off” period. This means that for any reason you have seven days after receiving your items to return them to us.

The Returns Procedure

To cancel your purchase within the severn-day cooling-off period, please call us directly on 020 8310 5486 or email giving the reason for the return. Please package the relevant item(s) securely. If you are dispatching it yourself send it to the address on the Invoice so that we receive it within 7 days after the date that the item was delivered. You must either insure the consignment or use a signed for service (recorded delivery). Please include a note with your contact details and an explanation of why you are returning the goods.

Refunds will only be made on close inspection of all returned goods, please ensure all items returned to us are in the original packaging unopened, and untampered with.

Please note that you are be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us.

Cancellation of Orders that HAVEN’T been shipped.

As soon as we receive notice of cancellation of an order prior to it being shipped, we will refund the full cost of the order – unless we have had to pre-book special shipping charges for it. Please note – once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us.
